It's probably just nothing. Sephierra thought to herself. And reluctantly relaxed her hand down to the side of her thigh. She listened studiously, carfully. After what felt like forever she heard nothing. Sephierra walked over to her bureau, looked at herself in the mirror. She first swept one side of her hair behind her left ear before tieing her hair back in a high poney-tail. She had no idea what she wanted to do next.

What to do now? she thought to her self. She looked down at her hands and saw all of the marks that she had labled as battle scars. She had recieved these battle scars in fights. These fights had occured when she was a child, when she was ridiculed. Of course she was going to be ridiculed, she was a skinny Hispanic girl with no parents attending a school for white girls. She didn't fit in. She would be picked on all of the time by the plump white girls at the school. She would be teased about how skinny she was, and how she was a Hispanic girl with no parents. She was the laughing stalk of the entire school. None of the boys liked her, especially not the cute ones. She used to like one particularlly cute boy, who took pitty on her, but never liked her back. Sephierra started to cry at these memories.
